What Is Not Allowed
- False or misleading claims about products, pricing, or availability
- Content targeting minors or containing adult material
- Spam posting — quality over quantity always
- Using your own referral link to place orders for yourself (self-referrals)
- Purchasing fake followers, likes, or engagement
Violation of these guidelines may result in commission reversal and removal from the program.
FTC Disclosure Requirements
As required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Mova99 in all content where you share your referral link or discuss products you received for free. Acceptable disclosures include:
- "This video contains affiliate links — I earn a commission if you purchase through my link at no extra cost to you"
- "Ad" or "Sponsored" label in the video or post
- "#ad #affiliate" hashtags in the caption
Disclosures must be clear and conspicuous — not buried in a long list of hashtags or hidden in fine print. Non-compliant content may result in commission reversal.
Commission Payments
When You Get Paid
Commissions are calculated on confirmed, completed orders. A commission becomes eligible for payout after:
- The referred order has been delivered and the 30-day return window has passed
- The order has not been refunded or charged back
- Your account has at least one confirmed, completed commission
Payment Methods
- PayPal — processed within 3-5 business days of request
- Bank transfer (ACH) — processed within 5-7 business days
To request a payout, log into your affiliate dashboard and click "Withdraw." Payments are processed manually and you will receive a confirmation email once your payment is sent. There is no minimum payout amount.
Taxes
You are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on your affiliate earnings. If your annual earnings exceed $600 USD, Mova99 may be required to issue a Form 1099 for US-based affiliates. Please consult a tax professional for guidance.
How Tracking Works
- Cookie duration: 30 days — if someone clicks your link and purchases within 30 days, you earn the commission even if they did not buy immediately
- Last-click attribution — if a customer uses multiple affiliate links, the most recent one earns the commission
- Your dashboard updates in real time — see clicks, conversions, and pending commissions as they happen
- Your personal discount code (e.g. SARAH10) also tracks sales even without the link
Program Rules & Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older to participate
- You must have an active social media presence or website
- Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination
- Paid traffic to your referral link is not permitted without prior written approval from Mova99
- We reserve the right to withhold commissions for suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations
- We reserve the right to modify commission rates or program terms with 14 days written notice
- Mova99 may terminate any affiliate account at any time for policy violations
